Location of Water Pump and Block Coolant Drain Bolts ?

The my manual isn't too clear about this - anyone know? There a bolt just the right of the water pump and to left of the alternator. This looks like the water pump drain bolt to me. About 4 inches back toward the trans , in line with the 3rd oil pain bolt and next to a block freeze plug is another bolt which looks like the block drain.

You have drain plugs on both front and back of the block!
