is the sending unit different or just the computer for it? is the speed sensor sending unit a cable that goes to the cluster or is it like my 84 200sx and have a short cable that goes to a electric sensor then to the cluster or like a 3rd gen?

i have no clue but if ya find one from a 2nd gen geab it ill get y aback for it. i dont know if the one i have is working. its from the analog dash and it reads past half full and it dropped a bar yesterday.

so it might be working or it might not just see when i run outa gas......

you know the float in your tank might just be gummed up, i had to get in and scrub mine a bit one time and it was fine.

either way no luck with any thing, some one pillaged the fuel parts out of the 3rd gen and the seccond gens....well i dont know why they were even there. but i got the parts i need.

naaah it aint gummed up. i went from analog to digital and the fuel pump sending units are different, they send out lower signals than the analog ones.
