Like your 6th gen is supposed to some piece of art?

I suggest if you don't have something paricularly constructive to contribute, I'd refrain from posting at all.

You sure? I made MOTM July 2005. I had one of the most unique 2nd gens back in the day that many many people think looks great.

that sure was one sweet 2nd gen. SickSE reminds me of a certain banned mustang owner who was very insecure and needed to attack others to feel better.

I understand that but with that setup you are putting light into driver eyes thats all. I do custom lighting so i understand wanting to be differnt but at the same time you dont want to hinder other drivers.

I agree, that will definately upset other drivers. You already have something different, but it shouldn't be at another expensive of somebody else's safety if you know what I mean.

yea but that kind of stuff is causing this:

http://forums.maxima.org/showpost.ph...4&postcount=27

Its nice to be different, but when its something as important as a cars lighting, and a drivers sight it becomes very important. Thats why theres laws and such and because people have been abusing them (bad retrofits 8K-12K bulbs) this is what happens.

So question, what's the point of putting carbon fiber on your intercooler pipes? It's pretty obvious it's not made out of carbon fiber. I would of done something more worth while...like chromex the piping that adds some fucntionality.

The chances of a pipe bursting at 12 psi is no where near making an alumimum pipe burst. At 12 psi, the only thing that will come loose are the couplers. Carbon fiber is a good weight reducer...but putting it over pipe, or on top of something that already exist does not reduce weight. Functionality over looks.

Yeah, but it really doesn't do anything for you. I'm telling you, your money is better spent doing something like chromex or some sort of ceramic coating to keep engine heat out. But hey, to everyone thier own I guess...

Wow, it's lookin nice now! The IC pipes are a cool idea, I wish they made completely CF IC piping, but that would probably cost alot. Your CF work is lookin really good!

I really like your new IC setup, front mount seems difficult on the 2nd gens, i still have to get my AC condenser out so I have room for my IC, but a few bolts are stripped out on it, I need to remove all the AC lines too.

well if you do that and want to remove the incar part of the ac, eveporator i think, dont remove all of those sensors, there is one that looks like a group of coils it maty even have a beehive like cage around it that is fan control

bought the mirrors on ebat for like 30 buxsand had the tips, but making the sheet has gotten terrible easy with wax and 2 sheets of glass

hks turbo timer

the s13 version plugs right in, no major cutting or splicing necessary, find a ground and splice it into the parking brake cable, then your good to go.

i was amazed that it worked!
