No more partys

Well it seems after a couple days of running and starting perfect, the celebration is over. The car is back to doing the same thing, does not start. I know the old relay was, and that replacing it with a new one fixed the problem. But how after 2 days can my relay go bad again. The only other thing I can think that I will try later tonight, is check how tight the 4 prongs are being grabbed, b the end that is attached to all the wires in the car.

86 maxima no start

Ok, just to refresh you all. My starter does not turn. When I turn the key I hear a bunch of relays clicking, thats it. Now I have added a ground strap to be sure Im well grounded, plus I have replaced the ignition relay "small blue" under the steering wheel, and am about to replace the starter relay "big blue" under the hood. I dont think this will solve the problem though, and this is why. When I measure the volts going to terminal "S" at the solenoid, I measure about 13 volts, when someone turns the key. I know the battery is good, and I know the starter/solenoid is good. Is it possible that even though Im getting 13 volts, I may not be getting enough amps? Any ideas?

could be, does it start with a jump? I had a cirrus once (ugh) and the battery indicated that it had enough juice, but it didnt have the cranking power cause it was a few years old. A new battery did the trick.
