youll need to get an adapter, check you local napa store.

I got mine replaced because at Pepboys, they wanted $500.00 each rear, and $600.00 each front.

KYB I believe are the name of the struts, they shouldnt cost over 70.00 each.

A nissan junk yard put them on for me here in Atlanta GA

good luck!

I got my kyb gr2 shocks for $45.oo each from a wholesale supplier. It takes a few hours to install them cause you gotta do an alignment and take out the rear seat

You can use KYB struts but then you can no longer use the suspension switch inside the car. I think the struts from Nissan aren't that expensive anymore. they might be more affordable now.

question about shocks

i'm having this problem with my maxima and someone i know told me it is the suspension and that i need shocks. during accelleration my maxima will start shaking violently untill i let go of accellerator? also i do have the electronic suspension control and pepboys wants 700 bux each. if i can just get a standard shock at 50 dollars each (their quote for standards) then i'd much rather that, i don't understand why the electronic shock system would be 650 dollars more for each, i never even use the switch anyway. so will i be able to use standard shocks with my maxima?

See "electronic shock switch" posted by Lane for my comment on the change over.
