foglight question

where would the factory fog lights go on an 87 SE? Just wondering because someone is selling some on ebay...and I am not sure if I know where/what are suposed to look like or where they go. If you have a pic of the factory foglights on your second gen could you please post it? I have the switch in my car I just dont know where they go

if you're looking for the exact placement of the lights, I can't help you. although if you have the factory switch installed, there'll be a wiring harness already there for you. I'm pretty sure it's a yellow, a purple, and a green wire in there, although I can't be positive. I think the purple went to the positive terminal of the battery. I had an 88 SE and all the wiring was already there.

I would assume so. in the past, I've used brackets that were already there for other things as a guide to installing the lights. my sentra has a front air dam, that was great. if nothing was there, I'd use a headlight or turn signal in the bumper as a guide.

I guess ultimately, it's up to you.

I think on the 87-88, the mounting point was right under the turn signal. In fact, I think there is a plastic plug that goes in that place if you didn't have the lights....but I can't remember for sure. On the 86's that did get them, they sat in closer to the license plate.
