power window motors

i was just wonderin, my power windows are gettin kinda slow would i be able to replace them with better motors, the ones on the newer cars that are quick and make the neat shhhhhhhhhip sound when the open or close (its the future yo i need neat sounds) possibly from a new maxima or a kit of some sort?

also how hard is it to replace the little retainers that hold the window up straight on the rear windows, they've broken that tab that comes through the hole in the window and they kinda jiggle and every once in a while they'll get stuck
