Windex on your headliner!
I was searching around the net trying to come up with ideas for cleaning the Max's headliner without wrecking it. I didn't want to risk destroying it with a shampooer and have it all falling down later, but it was just filthy! I smoke, and the car is old, so imagine a light blue headliner that looks pretty brown, gross eh? The trick, you ask? Windex! Wet a spot on a rag good with windex and gently rub the headliner, changing to clean spots on the rag frequently, and it cleans right up really easy. My headliner is blue again! I found this tip at some detail shop's site and incorporated it into my quickie 1 hour detail today. She's lookin' real good right now......hmmm, should go get some pics.....
