air dam question

on my 87 SE I have a grey front bumper that matches the rest of the car...then on the bottom of the bumper I have a black skirt....is this common? I ask this because I went to the junk yard a few weeks ago and there is another grey second gen just like mine but its front bumper is different....rather than having the black skirt, it has a grey skirt the same color as the car but the bumper and skirt are all one piece as oposed to mine where the skirt is just stuck on to the bottom of the bumper...can anyone shed some light on this.
And another thing, does anyone have factory foglights on a second gen, because I have a switch for them on right side below the instrument cluster, but there is no where to put them...whats up with that?

Hmmm, if you look at my car, I have a black air dam as well. The stock one is black, and is a seperate piece from the bumper. My bet is you found a guy that either bondo and painted thier to match, or it has a body kit, or it's painted so well it looks like it's one piece. As for the foglights, I dunno where you can find one, but I know for your year, the stock fogs should mount just under the turnsignals. On the 85-86, they are acutally closer to the license plate. Hope this helps some!

the car def. does not look like it has a kit on it but I will have to check it out one more time....it does not look like anyone has glassed the air dam to the bumper, it just looks like thats the way it came....also for the fog lights does anyone have a pic of the factory fog lights?....I dont see a spot to put them...I have put some aftermarket ones on but I am interested about the factory fogs...thanks.
