Very bad service and parts department. They treat you like crap and don't even car for your car... They just care for your $$$MONEY$$$. I ordered a nose mask and it came in a plastic trash bag and was missing parts! They say that the nose masks dont come with a hood cover now! What B.S.
Watch-out for this dealership!!!

Can't agree with you more. Len Stoler is the closet dealer to me, so I go there one day to price a nose bra, fog lights, and some other items. The guy tells me the same crap about the nose bra and the fog lights had to be installed by the dealer (more crap).

So one day I went by Herb Gordon Nissan in Silver Spring (I work in Greenbelt, live in Baltimore, brought my 2001 GXE from them). Got both pieces of the nose bra for $100.00 plus tax, told the guy I'll check the web for prices on fog lights. He didn't mind that at all!!

I'm 20 minutes away. I work midnight to 8 AM on my job in Greenbelt, so when I want something, I'll stop at Herb Gordon Nissan, since it's on the way home.

I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with your visit to the dealership. If you can remember the name of the individual please email me direct so that I may look into this.

Thanks,
Lonz

Yes, I do work in the service department. I hope by posting here that I'm not violating some sort of net-ettiquete, kinda new to this type of forum.
