Another HOT Track Night...

I was supposed to meet up with a fellow Nissan member last night (Carlsonmn) down in Noble, Ok who was gonna take the trip from Wichita Falls, TX but when I got to the track it happned to be pro street night and they supposedly came up with a new rule that you couldn't run street tires (bull$hit) so I called Carlson and told him the bad news and he turned around and went back home.. About an hour later I see a Sky running on street tires and I was like wtf?? So by the time I called Carlson back he was already back at home so my apologies to him for the track not having their crap together.. And to tell you how bad it was the lady that I paid to get in said my drag radials were in the rear while expaining it to another lady at the gate, thats how dumb the Oklahoma track people are lol...

So with it still being 95 at 9:30 last night I decided it wasn't gonna get any better since my car had been sitting since 6:00.. I made 5 passes total last night all on the spray.. They were decent runs but my tranny is STILL slipping, but oh well I will deal with that if and when it goes kaboom.. Built auto is all I'm gonna say

Here are my runs in order:

R/T.... .229
60'..... 2.196
330.... 5.843
1/8.... 8.807

1/8.... 8.890
MPH... 83.79
1000.. 11.373
1/4.... 13.464
MPH... 109.78

BEST RUN OF THE NIGHT
R/T.... .201
60'..... 2.085
330.... 5.644
1/8.... 8.587
MPH... 84.72
1000.. 11.068
1/4.... 13.060
MPH... 109.48

R/T.... .250
60'..... 2.106
330.... 5.743
1/8.... 8.689
MPH... 85.07
1000.. 11.167

R/T.... .161
60'..... 2.149

1/8.... 8.660
MPH... 84.83
1000.. 11.163
1/4.... 13.175
MPH... 108.49

All in all it was a decent night.. I'm def ready for the summer to be over so I can run in some 70 degree weather Maybe I'll have a built auto by then who knows lol..

Sucks about the track mix up. Good times though Sean, I'm sure once it cools down you will be running 12's for sure. I wanna make a few more passes also when it is cooler.

Very nice runs. I see 12's @ 110mph very soon. Weather plays a huge role, down here in Florida it is always 90 + degrees....
