I bet those 18's are super heavy aren't they? There is no reason to go to the track with large heavy wheels. 15's or 16's is all you want if your wanting to go fast. And you don't have any real power mods. Your 60' is not too good. I would suggest work on your driving, get rid of the 18's, and get a y-pipe. Other than that make sure your car is running correctly and you don't have a knock sensor code.

well first you're 18's are heavy and holding you doown. you're 60' needs to be 2.1-2.2. What's the elevation? weather? weight reduction? etc.

what he said and any weight reduction you can do is also a must i.e remove apre tire, jack, floormats, subs if you have a huge system.
those times are awful.

Any car will underperform at the track with such wheels. I pulled a 15 flat stock on my 15-inch sawblades and plenty have done 14.9-14.8 stock. Get lighter wheels with drag radials for the track and a y-pipe, that should improve your times significantly. Also check for a knock sensor code, your trap speeds seem awfully low. Stock 4th gens usually pull 91-92 mph right off the factory floor.
