My Maxima doesn't feel as fast...

Today, I went to the drag strip to run my car, since i have installed the y-pipe and TS ecu, I had to find out what i would be running. just from driving, i feel that my car if much faster than what i actually ran.

R/T: 0.342
60': 2.338
330': 6.384
660': 9.718
MPH: 73.54
1000': 12.591
1/4: 15.041
MPH: 92.09

I feel that my car should be in the 14's AT LEAST, but to my surprise, after 4 runs, this was my best run, I cannot break into the 14's, sometimes my car feels nice and peppy and sometimes it feels not as peppy, can anyone offer a solution to my problem and if the time i posted compares to a 4th gen with a y-pipe and TS ecu. thanks.

Your car is a 14 car. Look at your sleepy 60' time. Get it down to 2.2x and you will be in the 14's with no problem.

You should be able to crack the 14s. My old SER ran 14.7@93 with a JDM swap(just for mileage) and header/intake/2-pulley. As Dana said, just practice your launch and get the 60' down and you should be good to go!

The track is Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, CA. The temp was 68, very nice sunny day, no winds.
