same here havent gone back since then i did a 60k tune up knock sensore y pipe and intake. also lighter rims. ill also use better gas and not go with a 3/4 tank o and i added a tranny cooler
Thats what I ran first time to the track in my 97SE auto.
me too. the problem is with a auto when you open up the exhaust and air intake it takes more time for the tranny to pull all of that free flowing power from down low but top end is increased. when i first did my exhaust and air filter i felt like the car was sluggish when i floored it but then would pick up better as i reached higher rpms that why i quickly went for more power in the form of FI.
hey Jime how did you get your car SO FAST!
oh ya that night i used 93 octane, i have 104k miles on the car and i have 17 motegi rims
my 60 foot was 2.5301 but i dont know the temp and stuff.
i ran a 16 flat at 86mph when i took my 95 with a short ram little dissapointed but it is a family car and it ran well on the highway, i haven't gotten to take my 5th gen out yet still waiting to get my clutch installed but i'm hoping to get a 14.8 out of it
