1/4 Guess?

Stillen Y, Greddy Catback, MEVI (not activated yet), stillen intake, severe hookage... minimal spin into 2nd.

Think lower 14's are possible?

Severe hookage? Slicks? Might want to activate the MEVI b/c w/o it, you lose much more when compared to the USIM. 14's seem to be in your future, but low 14's, practice makes perfect. Get a ECU also.

Not with out a functioning MEVI. Even with a working one your most likely looking at mid 14's with a good launch.

I'd say 14's as long as you can row the gears well and get sticky
