Who are the Fastest 1/4 mile N/A Maximas?
I wanted to post to see if anyone has done the research to find out the fastest N/A Maximas. I know there are a lot in the low-mid 13's but didn't know exactly how many and/or everyone.

don't be a hater, just cause you don't have a 7 psi boosted tranny doesn't mean you can hate on someone.

Nightrider claims to be able to outrun Yamaha R1 motorcycles in a bolt on automatic because his "specially designed intake" gives him such a huge top end increase, and yet he was running like 15.2 @ 90mph at the time.

That's what we all tried to tell him. He kept saying that 1/4 mile times don't show his "crazy top end power" and that's why his 1/4 mile times were poor but he could still outrun an R1. He even claimed to own a bike (can't remember if it was an R1 or not) and said his car is faster than his bike. It was really funny, he just wouldn't admit he was wrong.

Sure sounds funny to me! Ask him if he can beat a Hayabusa with a Maxima....just for laughs. (btw, it takes somewhere around 800-900hp for a supra to beat a stock Busa...so u get my point).
i wanna hear his responce!

Almost...New engine is in the car, but I need to put the accessories back on. AC, Alt, steering pump, and a few other things. The good news is that I got the title for my Mustang, and I think it could put 15 cars on my Maxima. I have something to drive at least. I am going to try to get a few things done tomorow when I get back from Midas with the 'Stang.

Nightrider claims to run 13.8 I believe. He has not been able to prove his time in his 4th gen VQ Auto. But he has a NRH built tranny and many other bolt ons. But after talking to him for a while, I still can't possible imagine how he's even low 14s in the 1/4 mile. From my understanding, the record for the fastest NA 3L auto Maxima is sleeper at 14.2? Let me know if I'm right.
Neal, you got email and PM.

No, you don't NEED a scanned timeslip if your times are within reason. But if you are claiming to run 13.8s in a NA VQ Auto, you better be able to back it up with a mods list and scanned timeslip.

you got that just about right.... if you've ever seen the video of nick matina's big bore n20 busa.....
anyway they setup a race with a stock busa and a supercharged viper with 890 rwhp and they ran wheel to wheel......
I love my busa... so much accelleration ... what a rush.
