1/4 mile runs

how many runs are you guys doing everytime you go to the track?
and how long should you rest the car before the next run?

I usually get 3-4 runs in a 4 hour period. Unless I can do a back to back run, I let my car cool off for about 20-30 minutes then get back in line for about 15-40 minutes.

14 - 16 with 30 minutes cool down after every few runs
