Tar and Rubber on car after track

i went to the track for the 1st time yesterday and today i realized on my right side there is all tar and rubber from it

so i cleaned most of it off on the front splash guards andall the way down the side skirts

there were huge clumps coming off

but anyway my question is should i take of the front wheel and clean inside the wheel well?
i can see a coat of tar and rubber in there

You can also use tar and bug cleaner spray... leave it on there for like 5 -10 mins, then get a soft tooth brush and gently buff it and that stuff will come right out.

However, if you've recently painted your car don't use the above advice.

If it rains quite a bit where you live, the rubber from your wheel well will get washed off on its own... or a pressure hose will even do the trick... no need to take anything apart.
