How much money and mods to get 97 se auto in the 14's?

How much money and mods would it take to get a 97 se auto into the 14's? i see a few have autos under 15 and was wondering what i was looking at to get there since right now i am totally stock.

Intake, Ypipe, testpipe, catback UDP, upgraded ECU and MEVI and you're easy 14s.

For me, I did intake, exhaust, UDP, VB mod, and a little tinkering. I still need ECU and VI. Nitrous will be in my future too.
