Cat Back gains?

Just wondering... Would you get a better gain from a Catback, or buy a Bpipe and a Muffler?

I know Catbacks are expensive, but are they worth the extra $$$?

I know, but the catback systems from Stillen, Greddy, etc... Are THOSE worth getting? Or is it better using more of a custom setup? Ive seen those Catback systems for around 400-600, and it seems cheaper to go with a custom setup. Just a thought.

What you get with a Stillen, Greddy, Apexi and others is mandrel bending and a consistant sound. It is hard to find a exhaust shop that has a mandrel bender, and you never really know how it's gonna end up sounding like.
A majority of what you pay for is the brand name too.
A power difference? iIf they are both mandrel bent with the same style muffler, then hp differecne are negatable.
