Probably unnecessary, but they caught a nail last weekend, so they cant go tube less anymore. But now I can drop down to stupid low psi levels like 10 or 8. I got a dispensation and am going to go to the track again this Saturday!

Well, I they got a puncture last time I was at the track, so I had to put a tube in the tire. When running tubes it is advised that screws be used. I only put six because I dont think I need more. Im not launching that hard. I have the rim and tire marked so I can see if it slips, it did with out the screws. I can put more in if necessary, perhaps double to 12 per side, but I really dont think its necessary. However putting them on only one the inside of the rim seems wierd to me, I'd never have thought of it that way. Maybe they do it to soften the launch? BJ, can you ask those peeps why they do it that way the next time you see them?
