Opinion on Track Race

Hey,

me and couple of my friends are going to test out our cars at a nearby track. i was wondering who do you think would win between these:

2001 Eclipse Spyder
2003 Eclipse GTS << thanks TheMax95 for clearing that up
1997 Maxima SE *
2003 Mazda 6

obviously teh maxima iz mine. none of these cars are moded. And all are auto trans. I thought the 2k3 eclipse would give me a hard time becuase i sat in it and it picks up pretty quick.

thanks and opinions on a good start off welcomed.

Re: Opinion on Track Race

There's no such thing as a 2003 Eclipse GST. GST's were 4cylinder turbocharged made in the 90's only. If your car is stock, than it would be a pretty close race between all of you. Watch out for the Mazda 6, they are quick. The eclipse is no problem if it's auto cause the 5speed is supposed to run like 15.4 or something. You should take him.

Honestly all those cars are very evenly matched with the exception of the Spyder, the added weight will hur it, but after all is said and done I'd have to put my money on the Max by a hair. But just barely.

My ranking would go:

Maxima
Mazda
03' GTS
Spyder
