How much of a chance could a 4th gen auto beat a 6spd RSX??? with y pipe and cai???

Not much unless the RSX-S driver is not a very good driver.

I killed my friends RSX in my 4th gen auto, he got a bad start but I just kept pulling and pulling he said.
He is a bad driver, he just bought it.
